Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate & Institutional Banking

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will lead a portfolio of corporate, institutional and international clients for JobBank One Limited. You will build strong relationships, provide strategic financial solutions and drive business development across domestic and cross‑border banking activities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with international entities, sovereign bodies, correspondent banks and non‑bank financial institutions.
• Facilitate cross‑border and domestic transactions through robust correspondent relationships.
• Acquire new customers while deepening existing relationships with a client‑focused approach.
• Design customized financial solutions such as FX lines, trade finance and credit facilities.
• Assess client requests against the bank’s risk tolerance and present proposals to sanctioning authorities.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure thorough evaluation and approval of facilities.
• Monitor client performance through account reviews, site visits and financial statement analysis.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk, AML and other regulatory policies.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of banking products, services and financial markets.
• Proven ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with corporate, institutional and international clients.
• Experience in credit assessment, risk management and regulatory compliance.
