Team Leader – Corporate Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader for Corporate Advisory to join a global multifamily office based in Mauritius. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving advisory transactions across Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end advisory projects, from scoping to final presentation, managing timelines, resources and risk.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, working closely with CFOs and finance teams.
• Gather, analyse and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior decision‑makers.
• Oversee financial analysis, valuations, modelling and the preparation of strategic corporate finance solutions such as restructuring, capital optimisation and M&A strategies.
• Provide guidance on deal structure, valuation and negotiation to ensure successful transaction completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or management consulting.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field; CFA or equivalent is a strong plus.
• Proven experience managing financial analysis or transaction projects, preferably within Africa or the Indian Ocean region.
• Fluent French language skills.
