Investment Sales Executive – Business Development & Fundraising

About the role

We are seeking two dynamic Investment Sales Executives to join a growing financial services firm in Ebene, Mauritius. In this full‑time role you will drive business development and fundraising initiatives, connecting investors with a diverse range of investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective investors, shareholders, family offices, and corporate clients.
• Present investment opportunities and conduct meetings or presentations with potential investors.
• Guide investors through onboarding and the investment process.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve agreed sales and fundraising targets.
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional appearance.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in financial services, investment sales, brokerage, private banking, wealth management or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of capital markets and investment products is desirable.
