Semi Senior / Senior Auditor (Beau Bassin)

About the role

Chartist Associates is seeking a motivated Semi Senior/Senior Auditor to join its on‑site team in Beau Bassin. You will work directly with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them meet regulatory requirements while improving their financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document audit engagements for a range of clients.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for process improvement.
• Provide professional advice and actionable recommendations to enhance financial operations and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams throughout the audit lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of external audit experience within a professional services firm.
• Strong analytical thinking, risk‑assessment and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Experience using ERP systems.
