Senior Invoicing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Invoicing Officer to lead accurate and efficient billing services within our global investor services group. The role works closely with finance and operational teams to ensure invoices are processed correctly, month‑end activities are supported, and billing data remains reliable and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, validate and issue invoices in line with service level agreements and internal policies, ensuring all supporting data, approvals and expense allocations are complete.
• Analyse staff time recordings and billing data, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare billing performance and recovery reports, highlight variances and assist with trade debtor management and month‑end close.
• Serve as the primary contact for billing queries, collaborating with operational and finance teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline billing processes, contributing to automation, improved controls and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in invoicing, billing or accounts receivable within a finance environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
