Accounts Receivables & Bank Reconciliation Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables & Bank Reconciliation Team Lead to drive efficient accounts receivable solutions, optimise financial processes and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver strong business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a high‑performing team within the Accounts Receivables & Bank Reconciliation department.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring compliance and precision.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous process improvement in line with agreed service level agreements for internal customers.
• Align financial processes with a customer‑first mindset to support overall customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or an ACCA qualification.
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• High level of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail in financial operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
