About the role
We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our Learning Consultant team in Mauritius. You will be the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring they receive a seamless and enjoyable language‑learning experience while providing valuable feedback to our internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of goFLUENT products and services and convey this information to new learners.
- Guide learners through their training journey, addressing expectations and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Respond to learner inquiries across phone, email and chat channels.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal departments.
- Proactively suggest improvements to internal procedures and enhance response quality.
Required profile
- Native or fluent German with advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience in customer support or similar roles.
- Strong empathy and ability to handle complex conversations positively.
- Organised, responsive, autonomous and sincere.
