About the role

The Executive Support Analyst provides high‑level administrative assistance to senior executives, handling complex scheduling, logistics and communication tasks. The role requires a solid understanding of the executives’ organisations and the ability to act as a liaison with internal teams, clients and third‑party suppliers.

Key responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences, working with the Meeting and Events planning team when needed.
  • Handle routine and non‑routine logistics, including contacting participants, preparing materials and following up on action items.
  • Maintain and manage complex calendar and diary activity, including extensive rescheduling.
  • Coordinate conference calls, video conferences and data conferences for global audiences.
  • Support miscellaneous administrative tasks such as completing Accenture forms, invoicing, accounts reconciliation and maintaining distribution lists.
  • Educate executives on Accenture tools and technology and keep current on platform updates.
  • Develop relationships with executives’ clients and their support analysts.
  • Record work requests in the tracking tool and monitor status according to local guidelines.
  • Provide telephone support, answer calls courteously and act as the executive’s representative when required.

Required profile

  • Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Demonstrated ownership of requests and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to identify, communicate and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Strong collaborative attitude and ability to work within a high‑performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives, clients and suppliers.
