About the role
Apex Group is seeking an Executive to provide administrative and company secretarial support for a portfolio of client entities. You will ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate records, and act as a key liaison for directors and shareholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and company secretarial support to client entities, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and internal procedures.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s specific requirements.
- Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal standards.
- Lead and facilitate directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, prepare high‑quality board papers, and verify board minutes drafted by team members.
- Increase knowledge of company administration mechanics and complex anti‑money‑laundering and regulatory issues.
- Deliver final client deliverables with 100% accuracy and quality.
- Conduct customer due diligence in accordance with the AML Code.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the global business sector.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or ACCA/ICSA qualification (partially qualified candidates considered).
- Strong client‑service mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
