Investor Services Manager

About the role

Join Ocorian's Investor Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of fund clients. Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee the delivery of investor services activities, ensuring all client commitments and service level agreements are met.
• Provide technical expertise across investor services, including capital activity, investor reporting and FATCA/CRS compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and internal stakeholders, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
• Review and oversee investor transactions, distributions and communications to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance.
• Monitor client deliverables, ensuring they are completed in line with agreed timelines, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks or issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with senior management on strategic projects, operational priorities and the ongoing development of the investor services function.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master's or professional qualification advantageous).
• 6‑10+ years' experience in Fund Services or a similar financial services environment, including managerial or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of investor services activities, AML/KYC requirements and fund operations, with experience managing complex client relationships.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with confidence to build relationships and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
