Client Accountant

About the role
The Client Accountant will manage the preparation of accounts, financial statements and tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to respond promptly to client inquiries while supporting audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accounts, financial statements and tax returns for a portfolio of clients.
- Attend to client needs and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Assist in audit work and compile required financial information.
- Provide regular status updates to supervisors, managers and partners.
Required profile
- University degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Partial completion of ACCA qualification (or similar).
- Minimum two years of experience in accounting and account preparation.
- Experience in auditing is an advantage.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
